The poem I added first was of course the same I put here, "You in My Head", since there's only three poems in the story so far and that one just happens to be my favourite one of them... I also added another one, which I wrote quite a while back called "Morning".
Morning
I gained a new kind of trust for the morning
as I stepped across the sleeping city.
The sunlight hits the waning moon, says
"Go shed your shadows
somewhere else,
this day belongs to me."
In trees the rosy flowers
already blossom in full,
but the scenery is smoky,
with frosty bodies lying on the ground.
Images of castles and
(towers) are painted dark
against the pale blue sky.
The nature's greatest gift for mankind.
The rumble of the night has passed,
the battlefield is but a whisper
and I'm walking towards the sunrise.
I honestly wish I had more time to write. For some reason I always find inspiration at times like this, when all I should be doing is important essays and projects for 5 different subjects in school, and getting ready for some difficult tests coming up. And yet... All I WANT to do is to write. The problem then is that because I shouldn't do what I want, and I don't want to do what I should, I end up doing nothing. And when summer vacations start I imagine myself writing away page after page on the computer, but end up doing nothing, since I don't feel the sort of stress that pushes my inspiration to work. It's all very complicated. :)
